The following covers the test procedure, test fixture and test results of this experiment. Products of different series and grades can be tested using the same method.
Test procedures:
1. Test the switching response speed at four pressure setpoints: -50.0kPa, -60.0kPa, -70.0kPa and -80.0kPa. Before testing at each setpoint, align the displayed readings of both products to ensure comparability.
2. Connect Oscilloscope Probe 1 to Switch 1 of SP-01C001R, and Oscilloscope Probe 2 to Switch 1 of DP-001.
3. Adjust the test points and repeat the test following steps 1 and 2 above.
The waveform is shown in the figure below.
