When the equipment is operating, the vacuum generator generates negative pressure. The digital pressure gauge continuously monitors the vacuum level at the suction cup end or in the pipeline and displays the value in a highlighted digital screen clearly. When the suction cup successfully adheres to the workpiece, the pressure stabilizes within the set negative pressure range; if the vacuum level is insufficient due to uneven workpiece surface, aging of the suction cup, or leakage of the air path, the digital gauge responds immediately.
